originally they said it was going to be 2 stage interview and then changed it last minute to add a third stage. One of the interviewers was smoking on a vape during the interview. He also talked badly about colleagues taking holiday, which was a big red flag for me. Second stage was barely even an interview, I was talked at for 45 minutes and then they cut the line. Final stage was a standard interview, normal questions about conceptual thinking and problem solving. Another red flag was the interviewers inability to answer questions about company culture directly.
