Applied online, Got a phone call from a recruiter very quickly. Asked about my experience. Then asked what I thought I should get paid. We agreed on a hourly rate and schedule. I then was sent an email requesting me to fill out a bunch of new hire paperwork. Since I finished the paperwork I have yet to receive a training date, it has been almost a month and still haven't worked at all.

Over the phone, very few questions about previous employment. Pleasant enough offer was emailed within 20 min. When I asked questions about benefits interviewer was unable to answer. I was told I would learn all that in orientation

quick. got call back next day. never met hiring mgr. in person. all on phone calls then lots of email for hiring process. 20 emails but got hired. then you get stuff from home office to send back. you have to go to a fed ex office to return paper work. after you send back stuff you get more emails that paperwork is good.
