Recruiter called me within hours of applying. My interview was scheduled for a few days later with the Manager-BPO and Supervisor-BPO. It was in the Manager's office. They asked me questions for 20 minutes. Then, they gave me a 30-minute timed test containing math questions about calculating the number of grocery items in a box and case. They provided a calculator. They never contacted me again after that.
