Entrevista
Interviewed with four different people. They were all very nice and the interviews were very conversation-like. They explained the in-and-out's of the business and what I should expect if I received a job offer. There was no test and they seem willing to help out if you do not understand the tasks initially upon joining.

I was quite embarrassed by the way this company handled all of my interviews, so much so that I almost got up and left as I interviewed with the "Administrative Aid." As she interviewed me she got up and took 3 phone calls, which was very disrespectful to me. She spoke to me about the position instilling absolutely no knowledge of it. It seemed as though she was regurgitating back information from a sheet of paper. From here I interviewed with the others in the department I would be working with, answering basic fixed income and bond questions with ease. From there I met with the "CEO" and "COO" The interviews went great and I was invited back on the spot for a second interview.
Once I arrived for the second interview I met with the Department Head which also went great. Then I went in for a second interview with the "CEO" and he asked me skills based questions relating to things on my resume that had nothing to do with the job description. He was condescending and arrogant about his position. At the end of the interview he told me that if I read one of his favorite books in three days he "would be very impressed." The position was below entry level in terms of difficulty and the treatment I received was uncalled for. This is not Goldman Sachs and I do not believe I would be belittled at an interview for one of the most competitive companies in finance. Embarrassing to say the least.
