I was recruited from another Community Service Board and the position was never posted. I had to meet the CEO and Management team prior to being hired. I was given a job description that ultimately was not what the CEO said he hired me to do. I faced many obstacles and found that most job titles and descriptions at ABHS were not on file, nor did anyone supervise to them anyway.
