A friend of mine put me on to some temp work at a government agency for very good pay ($10 per hour plus raise) I went in slightly under dressed but I carried myself very professionally. My interviewer pulled me into the back offices to talk with me. She was very casual and it caught me of guard but she was very friendly and what started as an interview ended up a casual conversation. It's actually a test to see how much of a people person you are. After the interview I waited for a call (don't be alarmed if you wait a considerably long time). Eventually I got my orientation set up, it went well and the head supervisor was very cool headed and relaxed cracking jokes with us and such. However at the end be prepared for a presentation 1:1 with a team leader as that can make or break your hiring! The report is fast paced and requires people to really think on there toes to pass! I did well and was able to start work the very next day!
