I applied through my schools connection program. ART later contacted me and said they wanted me to come to Sunnyvale for an interview. Everyone at the company seemed very nice and welcoming. The interview consisted of a panel of employees from the CEO down to an entry level engineer. The typical questions (the ones I am used to) were missing and instead they wanted to know how much I remembered from classes. This is a very small company, but its been around a long time. My impression was that it was a very fast paced, hard working group.
