The Program Manager provided great feedback in rejection notice. However, they did not let me the library branch I was interested in working was taken before the interview. The program manager also gave me the impression that they would contact my references but they did not. They finally used the ability to get a CPL job from being a CyberNavigator as a selling point. They did not provide any evidence regarding this.

My interview experience was disappointing and unprofessional. They completely ghosted me after a promising phone call and interview. This kind of behavior is a clear indicator of a company that doesn't value potential employees' time or effort. Completely unacceptable.
