Recruiter was wonderful about following up quickly, giving great advice, and scheduling interviews based on a complex global schedule. Overall a great experience, which speaks to the company structure itself.

The process was very smooth and efficient. After applying via LinkedIn, I had a quick phone screen with talent acquisition, followed by an online interview with the hiring manager. I was then invited for a face-to-face interview with team members which included a challenging presentation task, and I also had the chance to meet a head of function visiting from overseas and a member of the ELT. Later that same afternoon, the talent acquisition representative called to gather my feedback and extended an initial verbal offer which was followed by the official offer the next day. I also appreciated having several follow-up conversations with both talent acquisition and my potential manager before making my decision, which gave me ample time to consider the offer carefully. The communication throughout was professional, timely, and transparent. I really appreciated the opportunity to meet potential colleagues in person and see the work environment, which isn’t something all companies do.
