Initial screening interview is with paralegal and they call you back for second interview with attorney/owner if interested. The interview was pretty straight forward, but they made a point to tell me that there was no room to move up or even increase the salary of $70,000 annually (I presume). This was a little disheartening as I was reluctant to sign up for a job that was relatively far away from home with little growth potential. Also the hours seemed quite demanding. They wanted someone there from sun rise to sun down with little vacation time and few holidays.
