First you have a short interview with competency based standard questions. Then you have stage 2 which includes 4 hours of case practise in cold calling. Fairly easy interview that feels a bit weird since you feel like a telephone terrorist. Try to remain relaxed and professional the entire time and you will master it perfectly. Furthermore, you should ask a lot of questions and prepare really well for the case interview with the material you will recieve some days before.
Initial interview with basic introductory questions and then a 4 hours case study with cold-calling cases. The case interview was going through pitching and then trying to book a meeting with a CEO through a simulated cold call. The case study was together with other candidates and fairly easy. I recommend preparing for the exercise and reading about the company before the interview since they are oicky on cultural fit.

Applied online, got a call from HR a couple of days later, the first step was a personal interview, easygoing interview, asked questions regarding personal skills and the interest in sales, next step was a group interview and test, was offered a job the day after. Overall a fast and positive experience
