Had 3 rounds of interviews that I was able to clear successfully. For the next round just before the interview, I receive a phone call from the HR saying that the interviewer is unavailable and we will reschedule for next week. Post that I never received any communication from their team - even though I followed up couple of times. Even today, their talent portal shows me as an active interviewee for the role. The entire experience was very unprofessional and disappointing.

Standard process (recruiting screen, HM call, panel). Timelines were drawn out from start to finish—easily 6 months. Panel went great, so I thought, but I was ghosted. No responses from HM or recruiter (good or bad) despite attempts to connect to see how it went. Finally, after 6 weeks, I got an auto rejection email. I felt very disrespected after this experience and I will not apply there again.
