Very welcoming and kind people. Competitive process but they take some of the pressure off of you with their nice personalities. The recruiter came to my campus and conducted interviews. From there, if they thought you were a good fit, you moved on the next round of phone interviews. From there, I got chosen to interview at their offices in San Jose. The offices are amazing and everyone I met was very nice and welcoming. It's important to do your research on the company to ensure you know how you will be the best fit for the position.

Applied through handshake, had one interview one week and two interviews the next week. Did not move forward to the next round. Interviewers were very friendly which helped some of the interview anxiety.
