It was a very simple and smooth process. The HR people firsts calls you and fixes a time for technical round with the respective Manager. When you clear that round, they schedule another round with the Global Manager. And then the whole process of document verification and negotiations starts.

-Team (technical & behavioral)
Each interview was quite straightforward with very few actual interview questions. Recruiter had little information about the role and never followed up and I was only given 12 hour notices before interviews. Overall, it was a bad experience especially for a company with such brand recognition. After the last interview I was ghosted and no one responded to any follow up emails.
Multiple levels, written and role play interview Ask questions prior so you are well prepared on how the interview will work Once approved you have 2-3 more calls which are also part of the interview from HR and then the salary review.

Role play scenarios better to prep for this style to think through approach vs knowing the products.
I was interviewing for the Retail consultant role and the interviewer wasn't sure if he wanted to hire someone from the retail background, SAAS background or consulting background and that is the first thing that the interviewer declared which seemed pointless.
