Adobe came to campus recruit and asked for the portfolio. They contacted me after a few days for a challeneg which I need to complete within one week. After that, they screened my submmited work and asked for an interview.

What's the greatest strength in your design thinking?
A bunch of interviews that repeated the same question and felt disorganised with the final round interviews asking the same questions as the first round interview. So 1 applications round, 2 interviews then offer
Portfolio Review, User experience design process explanation. Very kind interviewers. Atleast one project to be explained in detail, focus on small details of the User Interface. They also briefed about the role requirements and it was 1 hour long
Applied through campus. One hour interview including portfolio, general career expectations and history, aptitude and visual design questions. The interview started with one interviewer over remote video call, after a while they asked another person to join on the same call.
