contacted by phone by hr few days after applied via email for a campus posting. then had a phone interview with hiring manager then had full day of interviews onsite at the company office. questions were pretty typical for this function and consisted of behaviioral examples as well as giving examples from work experience of different business situations (ie example of identifying a new business opportunity)
