Interviewing with 4 to 5 managers that you could get hired on with. 2-3 current SDR's were on a panel. Some of the recruiters helped out in the interviewing process as well.

I applied for the SDR position and received an interview the following day. They had 3 rounds, a phone screen, a skype panel interview where I was given a prospective calling challenge and an at site interview.
