I had to go through 2 phone screenings/interview before I met them in person. The entire process dragged on too much imo. The screenings were standard and a bit corporate-y but the in-person interview was very down to earth and friendly. The hiring manager showed me around the office and took me to a room where I talked to several people for a period of two hours.
