Interview process was quite swift and easy. It only revolved about the recruiter knowing and asking questions on my compatibility to the role. I was told that I am an exact fit they are looking for. However, at the latter part which is the job offer they became unclear and told me that the client still has not approved the offer. Basically they process hiring people without an established open position. A total waste of time and grave disrespect to applicants time and effort. MAJOR RED FLAG.
