A very lengthy and in depth process:
1) Recruiter call (30 mins)
2) Hiring manager call (1 hour)
3) Recruiter check in (15 mins)
4) Final stage part 1 (1hr 15mins) - this was a 5 personal panel interview
5) Final stage part 2 (45 mins)
6) Hiring manager check in (15 mins)
7) Additional follow up (30 mins)
Overall the process was nearly 9, (yes nine) weeks. Four weeks after the supposed final interview I was asked to attend a follow up. I had reservations about this due to not hearing from them for so long, but I attended to remain professional and courteous.
After politely chasing the following day, I received a rejection. I appreciate this process has partly been over the holiday season, but I think if a company takes this long in an interview process, it raises many red flags.
Considering the time all spent in interviews was 4.5 hours, and then adding in all of the time spent preparing 3 presentations, I think I have to leave this review to provide people an insight into how this company conducts itself recruiting, and this is likely to be indicative of how they operate on a daily working basis.
AVOID.
