What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Ans- "One of my key strengths is my ability to manage complex projects efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality. I’m also very detail-oriented, which helps in avoiding mistakes. In terms of weaknesses, I sometimes take on too many tasks because I like being involved in every aspect of a project. However, I’ve been working on improving my delegation skills to focus on higher-priority tasks."
It was good, the interviewers were cordial and warm. The interviewer was not arrogant and was very down to earth. It helped me in boosting my confidence. Indeed a satisfactorily experience.
