My friend and I took it in 2009 and the test was pretty hard, but friend we saw take it afterwards had a much easier version that was mostly just converting units and making reagents. If you got an A in chemistry it will be easy as hell, if you didn't get an A you really shouldn't be applying to a pharmaceutical lab as a chemist.
