      Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 3 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en AdMedia (Nueva Delhi) en ene 2022

      Entrevista

      4 rounds in total. First round was just screening questions asked on the Cutshort job platform. Then I did not get any call, I was just sent an assessment. This self assessment took over 2 hour and contained quizzes, puzzles, patterns, mathematics etc. After this surely I thought someone from the company would call and interview me and talk but I was wrong. They send me another assessment for the third round. this time it was on hacker rank which took 1 hour. The assessment had 2 coding questions and rest MCQ. I was bit annoyed that 3 rounds had passed and I am just giving long assessment with absolutely no one from the company had any sort of interaction with me. Then the HR calls me and says - time for another interview on Google meet. Mind you this is the fourth round now, it was technical and I was given coding questions. This again took an hour. The interview again went very well according to me. After all this I asked the HR if I was selected 3 days after, then again a week after and finally 10 days after the 4th round, I inquired on email and on WhatsApp and none of my messages were replied to. No acceptance , no rejection, absolutely nothing. I essentially burned 5 hours of my time and I got ghosted by this company. Admedia expects candidates to spend hours giving stupid assessments but themselves can't be bothered about replying to someone who put in more than 5 hours. You are hiring guys... Hop on for a 10 minute call to know the person instead of bombarding with assessments and then ghosting them. Absolute disgrace. 11 days after I found the HR posting the same job on LinkedIn. Save your time and avoid this company at any costs. Oh did I tell you ? Admedia is not a product based organisation so anyways not good for most Software Engineers.
