1st interview was 1:1 with hiring manager. Second interview as 1/2 day with all the functional areas, 30-45 minutes with each. 45 minutes with a VP. Third was a presentation on project status, with a number of specific items to be covered.

The HR rep had to idea what the role was about and hence only gave 15 minutes interview and could not answer any questions asked
