Audio only, group interview via Zoom. Info given about company initially followed by a few individual questions. Once the questions were answered, you were free to leave the meeting and await an email confirmation for a iob offer, if chosen.

Tell me about a time you were faced with an angry customer and how you handled the situation.
The interview was basically just onboarding and seeing if you had all the equipment for the job, easy if you can get to the interview to begin with. After that it just comes down to having all your equipment set up and ready by orientation
it was a group interview due to high demand for new hires. Questions were easy and pertained to role. hired on the spot and picked hours then and there! Hiring person was very kind and respectful.
