The initial interview was a recruiter over the phone with a recruiter. The experience was positive, and the recruiter had a lot of positive energy. Next was a self paced Webcam interview in which you answer preset questions as if you were actually talking to a person. Very low pressure, but also very hands off from the company's stand point. Overall a good and simple process, the only real downside is that they do not really disclose all the details of the job which you find out only after you are hired. Once I learned all the details I ended up not taking the job.
