Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Acquire (Raleigh, NC) en ago 2019
Entrevista
Online application, followed by a phone screening, an in-person interview with two of the managers, and then a one-on-one interview with an account manager. It was quick, but I wanted to think about the offer before accepting. The manager called me and talked through any additional questions I had.

What experiences/skills do I have working or facilitating a team?
The interview itself is extremely easy. It was three rounds when I did mine. 2 were with a more senior corporate trainer and a the middle was with my future corporate trainer. No curveball questions, just an explanation of what they do and how I would fit into their culture and workplace. They should push for harder interviews because they really do just take most people, at least at my location.
Thank you for sharing your experience with the interview process. It's great to hear that you found it straightforward and informative. Different companies have varying approaches to interviews, and it's valuable to have diverse perspectives. If you have any questions or need assistance with anything related to your job or career, feel free to reach out.
It has left me with a feeling of exuberance. I know the purpose of the interview is to sell myself, but I was truly sold on the business, the format and ease to grow within the business. Currently I run my own business, and with Acquires format of teaching their employees to eventually run and the in’s & out’s of running a business truly excites me.

Three fun facts about yourself that we would not find on your resume.
The interview experience with Noah was great. I feel as I received all the information I needed and all questions i asked were fully answered. I thought both interviews went well and I enjoyed discussing the company and the position with them.
