The interview process involved multiple rounds of interviews. The first interview was with the recruiter. Standard questions. The next interview was with the hiring manager. He seemed a little rushed, but it was a good experience overall. The final interview was a scenario interview. I was given the scenario details and was given several days to prepare a presentation.

Started with a call with HR, then phone call with hiring manager. This was followed by three video interviews, then a last minute 4th video interview. HR then vanished for 3 weeks. I finally emailed hoping to get a status/close the loop to then hear three days later that the position was filled. I feel like HR dragged the situation on longer than it needed to be and provided poor communication throughout the process.
