Smooth straight to the point ! Asked direct questions. The company wanted to make sure that the canidate was a good match and could handle the job responsibilities. Someone who is committed and can work well under pressure. If you past the first interview you will have a second one for a final decision and the interviewer was down to earth and seem like a great boss to want to work for.
