Fairly straightforward and quick process. Opened with an initial 15-min phone screen with a tech recruiter then had a scheduled back-to-back tech screening with an engineering manager and a senior engineer. The questions were leetcode easy to medium, and it was a sort of "pair-programming" session. Then a few standard behavioral questions: "how do you resolve differences in opinion or approach with coworkers", etc. All in all, it was a pretty speedy process and everyone I met and interacted with was respectful and nice.
