HR will perform first screening before moving to the Hiring Manager for an interview. GM/Director will also conduct an interview to make the call. HR will then perform background check.

1 phone interview + 1 interview with hiring manager and GM. There were some challenging questions and the GM really drilled into some of my answers which was somewhat uncomfortable. They moved quickly after the interview and made an offer. They put a lot of pressure on me to accept it once the offer was made.
