The interview was moderately hard, but later we found out that there was a clear bias toward female interviewee. They weren't even asked any sales questions or any questions that actually revolves around the job position, and ofcourse as it would turns out of all the females attempting the interview all of them were selected, whereas the male's interview was judged. Maybe this has something to do with their beliefs that females are better for sales positions than males.
