It was a very stressful and in-depth process and I had little knowledge as to what was going on behind the scenes.

Entrevista
After a phone interview, I was invited in for an in-person interview at the school. The in-person interview included a tour of the school, the opportunity to sit in on classes, a practical activity in which I was asked to facilitate an activity that I had prepared for a group of students, and a traditional interview with the principal and someone from their hiring department.
