Finalist day: demo lesson, then tour the school
Then debrief of lesson. The reason I did not accept the job offer is that the company seems biased toward people in their 20s. There really aren't t too many older teachers working there. I think with the young culture they would have "managed me out" by the time I hit 50. Not a place to work until retirement.

The interview process seemed to be quite simple and straight forward. I spoke with a recruiter after I applied and did a phone interview with them before setting up an interview for in person with the principal. The entire process was pretty straight forward and explained prior to the in person interview.

Staff seems nice
It was an average teacher interview review your résumé go over your lesson demo and then that's when they decide if they're going to offer you an offer letter
