I was contacted by a recruiter, who conducted an initial interview over the phone and asked me about my preferences for matching with a particular school in the network. Within a day or two, the recruiter matched me with a potential school; within a week, I toured that school, taught a sample class to students, and conducted an in-person interview with the principal and some key leaders. A few days later, I conducted a final interview with other members of the leadership team. Everyone in the interview chain was incredibly helpful, friendly, and candid about their expectations.
