The interview process was very stringent. The CEO does all the interviews for the Physiotherapist with the assistance of the Coordinator of Operations, Stephanie. The 2 of them are AWESOME. The interview process was difficult they did not care so much about credentials it was all about finding out about me. They wanted to know what my interests are and how I would resolve conflicts at work, etc. It was questions about being a team leader and whether I would work well with other members of the inter discipline team.
