The interview consisted of an IQ test and a personality test which lasted about an hour. After the tests, you will be shown videos about the company and then the actual interview. During the interview, they will give you more details about the work (duration, training, salary, etc.) and ask questions about yourself

The interview went by smoothly and I had to do a quick test using the computer provided. The test wasn’t too difficult but it did take quite some time to complete.
Easy, however do take note of take they do not provide much annual leave or bonus. Also medical not supported and there is no other benefits compared to other companies.

The hiring process consist of mainly 2 rounds.
1) Aptitude test, HR interview and a brief introduction of ACEPLP.
2) 1 Day trial period where the candidates could try out the program offered by ACEPLP. If they were to find it unsuitable for them, they could pull out of the programme without legal implications.
