Initial phone screen with HR, then sent an assessment, which led to a formal interview. HR expected the assessment returned in an unreasonable amount of time, but I still met the deadline. Don't bother coming to the interview prepared to discuss your work, since it won't even be touched on. YMMV, but interviewer for rewards department was professional overall. Later on in the interview they were very adamant/arrogant that my answers to their questions were incorrect when discussing aspects of the industry. I verified my answers after the interview to find I was correct. I removed my name from consideration, never found out if I would have gotten an offer. They are still looking for candidates two months later, not surprised.
