I didn't really get one. They were desperate and their old tech was quitting. I negotiated my salary and accepted it. Working there is horrible. Management sucks, you don't get raises, so many errors. Health benefits are horrible. Dental is even worst. The whole tuition reimbursement is scam. But they are very flexible though
