I am extremely disappointed with this company and their interview process. I was first contacted by HR back in September and was asked if I was interested with a one on one interview at the location. I accepted and the interview went well. About a week later I was asked to come in for a other interview from the head dispatcher and I obliged. Another two weeks went by and I contacted HR asking for an update. They wanted me to come in and do another interview with both them and the head dispatcher because it had come down to me and 3 other candidates. After the interview HR said they wanted me to start the upcoming Wednesday and that they had to run the background check and go through payroll after I gave them my ideal salary. I had assumed that I had got the job because they had a start date. Wednesday came around I had not heard from anyone, and I contacted HR asking for an update. They informed me that there was miscommunication and that they were still working on choosing a candidate and that they were very busy. I was disappointed but I waited another week and contacted HR again. I never heard back from anyone. As of writing this I haven't heard from anyone in over a month. I have moved on but it is unfortunate that they brought me in to talk to me three separate times and did not have the decency to give me any sort of update. I am also disappointed on the mishandling of hr. They should not have told me my start date if they did not decide on a candidate at that time. I see this as a blessing in disguise because if they had this hard of a time staying in contact with me I can't imagine how bad it would be if I were to work for them.
