      Entrevista

      First contact with recruiter with preliminary questions and pointless "personality questionnaire". Then an interview with a department head. Have not heard back from anyone in a month the position is still open. The company seems good (fair pay for position and relaxed culture) but this occurrence of "ghosting" changed my opinion on them.

      Entrevista

      Similar to other experiences, my entire interview process took about 4 weeks. I interviewed with the recruiter, and then the hiring manager over the department both by phone. I was invited to then interview with two tech leads via a web conference. Through out the process everyone was nice and polite, however very little questions seemed to pertain to the job. In each step it was a repeat of the same questions. What previous jobs/roles did you have, what were your duties and why did you leave that position. After the web interview, I was invited in person for the 4th interview again with the hiring director. During our face to face interview, he asked the same questions as he did over the phone. After we were done, he asked if I could stay around a little longer to talk to another guy, for interview number 5. Up until this point, everyone had been polite and seemed interested, but the older gentleman that came in for the fifth interview made it quite apparent he would rather be any where else than talking to me. He checked his phone and his watch multiple times, yawned repeatedly while I was answering his questions, and quite frequently would ask an opened ended question, and cut me off after a word or two to ask another question. After we were finished, he asked if I could see myself out.
