Very nice first interview where we chatted about the company, the position and my past experience. I don't know what the criteria is exactly and I've gotten no explanation why I was declined, but some of the questions were a bit weird and seems like they value majors more than they value experience. Like "you have a M.Sc. in a natural sciene that is related but not Computer Science, how does that work?" (and for the record, in addition to experience I also had a Ph.D. in Computer Science).
