Very transparent and easy. First you're invited to take a test if you apply and qualify and then if passes, interview and offer. It's a very organized process and the hiring managers with the team leads interviews you, usually a panel of 2 or more. The hiring managers decide weather they want you or not. You just have to show you're tough enough to collect!

You sit in a small conference room with two of the collections managers where they ask you a series of questions. The target word for the interview is money motivated. As long as they know you're there for the money and are outgoing then you are good.
