Tour of the service and an informal chat, you may meet some of the other staff and supported people.
Chat about flexibility, shift patterns, annual leave, training etc. Go through job history - ensure explanations for breaks in employment.
Set questions - intended to see if the applicant matches the person specification and job role.
Written question - choice of five current affairs topics, you will have approximately 15-20 minutes to choose one and answer the question. The main thing the interviewer will be looking out for is a positive approach alongside legible handwriting (daily records are hand written)
DBS enhanced check - bring 2 forms of ID and proof of address (check which documents will be accepted before hand! Do not forget them or bring the incorrect documents as it prolongs the application process, which takes a pretty long time as it is!)
