I had three seperate interviews over the course of the month. My first was a phone interview with the recruiter, who told me about the job description and asked about past job history. My second interview was in person with both of my supervisors, where they got to know me, asked about past job history, and asked if I had any questions. The third interview was also in person with the same people, where they asked a couple extra questions they forgot the last time. Then they gave me a tour of the building, and I had a smaller interview with the COO of the company. He asked about my goals and what I wanted to get out of this job. Overall, everyone was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I really hoped I would get the job (and I did!)
