Solicité el puesto en persona. El proceso duró 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Access 2 Interpreters (Columbus, OH) en may 2015
Entrevista
There wasn't really an interview. It was a quick guide to what will be expected as an interpreter. Pretty much if you take their 2 week class, you have all your working documents at hand, and you past their test, you are automatically hired.

It wasn’t really an interview. I submitted an application with cover letter and they contacted me on the next day. They still required you to apply on their website. Once it’s done, they will invite you to the group interview which isn’t an interview. It was more like an informative session. It’s on every Tuesdays and Thursdays. Then they will call you to see if you are still interested. If so, they will need to complete 2 weeks training class that covers how to interpret, medical terms, and language exam. It will cost you but they will deduct from your paycheck. It’s $500. The most needed languages are Spanish, Swahili, and French. If you know those languages, you are pretty good to go.

Group interview was more of an informational session about how to become a qualified interpreter for Access. Two week unpaid (in fact you are responsible for paying for) training. You're being hired based on the contingency that you complete the two week-training, pass a speaking exam, and two final exams on medical terminology/workplace conduct.
