HRs are very helpful the process might take some time but they get back

I was ghosted for the final (4th) interview. The day before the interview, it was canceled, and never given a new date for the interview. I emailed several times to get an answer, but it turned out the position was on freeze however they did not even bother to inform me if I wouldn't ask.

Entrevista
I was referred by an internal employee, I applied online and a week later I got an email from a recruiter inviting for a phone interview/screening. It was fast we spoke the next day, lasted about 20 minutes, very basic questions she wanted to see if I'm the right fit. After we wrapped up she said I would hear back in two-three days maximum by early next week. She was very nice and professional.
Unfortunately, I got a call back the day after saying the position has been cancelled. I was a bit upset because I was looking forward to potentially joining Accenture since they have amazing projects in the works and I would love to join a forward thinking organization, however this is my second time applying to something and having the position either be filled internally (they only posted the position for HR purposes but had in mind the exact candidate they wanted i.e. the consultant who worked in that position, and now this! But over all the experience was good and I would still be interested in joining the organization.
