The interview process is fairly okay , as its for a graduate perspective. The first starts with a 1. screening/interview call to measure your interest and alignment. Then you will be scheduled for a 2. Fit interview ( psychology & mindset) thereafter 3. case study interview ( technology stream based) & 4. Technical interview with Senior Consultants
The recruiter reached out to me to check if im interested to apply.
After initial contact it took a follow up to get a first round. I was immediately pushed to the next round which went ok in my opinion.
But after that its been more than a couple of weeks and I havent even heard back from them despite following up once.
This is a very poor interview process if the recruiter cant even send an automated rejection email.

I cried after my interview. The recruiter ended the interview with telling me that I did everything wrong, that I answered every question wrong, and that everything on my resume was useless. He had 0 words of kindness, and was not at all encouraging to me.

I did my application through the company website. after this, i had a meeting with HR. the second fase i did languages tests and after pass a interview with a TL.
