Following my success in the coding, aptitude, and English assessment rounds, I received an online interview link. The interview delved into discussions about my education, skills, and interests. I elaborated on my academic background, highlighting relevant experiences and achievements. Regarding skills, I outlined my proficiency in various programming languages and problem-solving capabilities. Furthermore, I discussed my keen interest in staying updated with industry trends and continuous learning. This exchange provided a comprehensive understanding of my qualifications and enthusiasm for the position. The interview was a valuable opportunity to showcase the alignment between my profile and the requirements of the role.
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
