The interview process for me was conducted via the campus placements of my undergrad college. The process was conducted seamlessly where first, an aptitude test was conducted to shortlist around 50% of the students for the next round. This was followed by a technical round and cv screening by the panelist. Finally after you made through the technical round, the HR round comes next.

Q: What is the different between left outer join and full outer join?
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.

Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
